V60 Brewer


The Hario V60 is the preferred pour-over method of many baristas, producing crisp cups that reward precision. The spiral ridges direct water in towards the center, which helps brewers avoid high-and-dry grounds, and the BPA-free plastic is an excellent insulator, keeping the brew temperature high and the price low. We recommend Scott Rao's brew method, which involves swirling the dripper after pouring to ensure proper extraction—not too much, not too little, for a sweet and balanced cup.
