Roaster + Head of Production

Michael joined Broadsheet in September 2020 working on both behind the bar at the cafe and behind the scenes with the production team. He is excited to now be in a full time roasting and production role. Michael is an aeropress fanatic and has recently started competing in Cup Tasters competitions. Outside of coffee you can find him walking his reactive rescue mutt Miko, screaming at whatever soccer game is on and supporting his partner through full time graduate studies.
