Aldemar Losada is a member of the Association La Victoria, a collection of farmers in Santa Maria. Located in the foothills of the Huila volcano, Santa Maria farmers overwhelmingly grown Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varietals, all known for their potential to become spectacular coffees. This coffee was fermented twice, first with the berry and again after being pulped, before being washed and dried on raised beds. It’s a clean, fruit forward coffee reminiscent of apple and grapes with a black tea finish. Try it on its own before adding milk, you may not need it.
